A hybrid office, residential and retail development is in the works for 92nd Street and Bahia Drive near WestWorld in Scottsdale. Bahia Work/Live/Play could feature 64 ground-floor offices with 78 loft-style residential above as well as rooftop studios. The city’s planning department has recommended approval of rezoning and general plan amendments for the project, which will soon go before the City Council.
